Brian Bossard, MD, FHM
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Bossard is the Founder, President, and CEO of Teledigm Health, Teledigm Physician Services, and Bryan Telemedicine, organizations he has led since 2014. Under his leadership, Teledigm has become a recognized leader in telemedicine innovation, partnering with hospitals and clinics across Nebraska and neighboring states to bring timely, high-quality care to patients wherever they are. His work reflects a deep belief that distance should never stand in the way of great healthcare.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Dr. Bossard completed both his medical training and internal medicine residency there and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. In 1997, he co-founded Lincoln Internal Medicine Associates (LIMA), a private internal medicine practice where he served as president and managing partner. Earlier in his career, he made history as Nebraska’s first hospital medicine physician in 1993, introducing a care model focused on collaboration, efficiency, and improving patient outcomes, long before “hospitalist” became a common term.

In 2001, he founded Inpatient Physician Associates at Bryan Health, where he continues to serve as CEO Emeritus. He also established hospital medicine programs at Great Plains Health in North Platte and Columbus Community Hospital in Columbus, Nebraska, where he continues to serve as President and CEO for both organizations.

A lifelong Nebraskan, Dr. Bossard has dedicated his career to strengthening rural healthcare and creating systems that connect communities to the care they deserve. His passion lies in helping patients receive excellent, compassionate treatment close to home through the power of innovation and teamwork. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in his community, and enjoying Nebraska’s wide-open spaces and outdoor beauty.
